Associate - Structures

The Associate Building Structures will lead and manage the delivery of building structural engineering projects across a range of sectors in the UK. The role involves technical leadership, project management, client engagement, team development, and ensuring high-quality design outputs in line with UK standards (Eurocode standards). The Associate will act as a key link between clients, project teams, and senior leadership, driving technical excellence and commercial success.

Responsibilities

Technical Leadership & Delivery? Lead structural design for medium to large building projects using Eurocodes and UK best practices.? Provide high-level technical review and approval of calculations, drawings, and reports.? Drive innovative, safe, and sustainable design solutions.? Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and project standards.? Oversee digital engineering tools (Revit, Tekla/structural BIM workflows).

? Manage full project lifecycle from concept to construction.
? Develop scopes, deliverables, programmes, and fee proposals.
