Associate Strategy Director

Role Overview: You will be joining VaynerMedia as an Account Manager, where your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional client service by managing and organizing specific projects and overall account management. You will be expected to develop brand-specific strategies to help clients achieve their goals, with a strong focus on understanding the business and competitive landscape. Additionally, you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong client relationships. Key Responsibilities: - Understand and cater to the needs of today's digital & mobile consumer, focusing on developing brand-specific strategies - Translate business problems into digital strategies and solutions for clients - Present VaynerMedia in a strategic manner and identify potential threats from other agencies - Have a strong understanding of marketing & media principles, especially social media platforms - Proactively identify and resolve potential obstacles or performance issues for clients - Build and manage relationships with major brands and businesses to promote VaynerMedia's services - Deliver presentations aligned with VaynerX principles - Effectively communicate with Strategy, Creative, and Media teams - Track client relationship health and communicate with leadership regularly - Anticipate production costs, logistics, and client budget constraints Qualifications Required: - 3+ years of account management experience in a creative advertising agency preferred - Bilingual proficiency in English and Hindi strongly preferred - Creative mindset with experience in campaign planning and idea generation - Excellent communication skills - Ability to set and uphold high standards of performance and integrity Additional Details: VaynerMedia is a contemporary global creative and media agency known for driving relevance for clients and delivering impactful business results.
