Associate - Strategic Initiatives

As an Associate - Strategic Initiatives at 1Lattice, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the CEO in strategic initiatives, growth drivers, and daily priorities. You will need to manage a diverse set of responsibilities ranging from analytical problem solving to cross-functional stakeholder management and executive-level administrative duties. The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, capable of multitasking, and possess strong analytical and project management skills. - Assisting the CEO in developing and executing company growth strategies, including market research and competitive analysis. - Overseeing and coordinating strategic projects and initiatives on behalf of the CEO, ensuring deadlines are met and objectives are achieved. - Working closely with different teams to facilitate communication and coordination for cross-departmental projects. - Analyzing business performance data and generating insightful reports for the CEO to inform decision-making. - Maintaining accurate records and managing documentation related to meetings, projects, and decisions. - Managing the CEO's calendar, scheduling meetings, and prioritizing tasks based on business priorities. - Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Commerce, Economics, or a related field. MBA will be preferred. - Experience: 1-3 years of experience in a similar role in strategy teams or supporting executive leadership in dynamic, fast-paced organizations. - Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
