Associate Staffing

You are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Associate Staffing to support resource management and staffing operations within the company. Your responsibilities will include maintaining an updated database of staff skills, availability, and project experience, analyzing project requirements to match suitable resources, updating internal staffing trackers, generating reports on resource allocation, and assisting in tracking allocations and roll-offs. Additionally, you will prepare resumes for client support, ensure compliance with staffing policies, and provide resource coordination and staffing support. To be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, IT, or a related field, along with 1-2 years of experience in resource management or administrative roles. Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, proficiency in MS Excel, Google Sheets, and other reporting tools, ability to multitask, meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment, and excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential. Familiarity with IT roles and technologies is a plus. Preferred skills include basic knowledge of IT resource management and project staffing, as well as the ability to work collaboratively with multiple stakeholders.,
