The endeavor is to provide the best-in-class consumer and merchant experience in the context of digital payments and develop deep partnerships with the merchants in driving various business priorities. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Business Analyst to join our dynamic Success Rate Management team. Position Overview: We are looking for a Associate SRA (Business Analyst) to drive Success Rate (SR) analysis across our payment ecosystem. This role will focus on analyzing, and optimizing transaction success rates across merchants, platforms, and categories, identifying patterns, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance payment performance. Key Responsibilities: Analyze Transaction Data: Track and assess payment success rates across different channels, banks, issuers, and payment methods. Merchant-Level SR Analysis: Identify trends, bottlenecks, and improvement opportunities specific to each merchant. Platform-Specific SR Analysis: Monitor and optimize success rates across web, mobile apps, and third-party integrations. Category-Wise SR Analysis: Evaluate payment performance across different industry categories (e.g., e-commerce, travel, subscription-based platforms). Identify Bottlenecks: Investigate failures, latency issues, and drop-offs affecting transaction success. Monitor Key Metrics: Define and track success rate KPIs, benchmark against industry standards, and ensure continuous improvements. Root Cause Analysis (RCA): Work with engineering, banking, and product teams to resolve payment failures at the root level. Data-Driven Insights: Generate reports, dashboards, and alerts to monitor trends and flag anomalies. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with merchants, banks, PSPs, and internal teams to drive resolution for success rate dips. Process Optimization: Recommend and implement strategies to enhance transaction reliability and efficiency. Qualifications: 0.5+ years of overall experience in Business Analysis with 2+ years in Payment Analytics or Fintech Strong skills in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Tableau, Looker, Power BI, etc.). Strong understanding of financial products, regulatory requirements, and emerging technologies in fintech. Proven track record of analyzing complex issues, deriving insights, and driving solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
