As a part of Group Technology and Operations (T&O) at the bank, your role will involve handling the underlying documentation of Corporate Foreign Exchange / Derivative trades in accordance with the latest RBI Guidelines on Risk Management and Inter-Bank Dealings, focusing on hedging foreign exchange risk. Your responsibilities will include reviewing and maintaining deal-wise records of underlying documentation received from clients, updating data of AE/ UHCE clients, and ensuring all foreign exchange trades are reconciled with the source system, tele confirmed, reported to CCIL, and confirmation delivered to clients. Additionally, you will need to support AD-HOC/MIS requests from internal/external clients and audits within reasonable timelines, as well as monitor the reconciliation published by the Controls unit and clear unreconciled entries tagged to the department. To excel in this role, you should have 5-6 years of experience in handling underlying documents for FX/Derivatives deals in bank operations, along with a thorough understanding of RBI Circulars on Risk Management and Inter-Bank Dealings. A graduation degree is required, while professional qualifications like MBA (Finance) or MCOM would be an added advantage. Your core competencies should include product and working knowledge of Treasury Products, Underlying Documents, RBI Circulars, and operations. You should be a team player capable of working under tight deadlines, managing multiple tasks simultaneously, and possessing good communication skills. Your technical competencies should involve developing recommendations for continuous improvement, supporting Straight Through Processing (STP), and digital strategy for the bank. Proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word is essential. In terms of work relationships, you will be required to manage stakeholders across Operations, customers, and business within specified timelines.
