Job Description

KBR is looking for Associate Specialist, Information Management to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey.
Support the collection, organization, storage, and dissemination of business-critical information across departments. Implement information management standards, ensuring compliance with data governance, retention, and security protocols. Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders to maintain repositories, databases, and document management systems. Facilitate access to accurate and timely information for decision-making while ensuring version control and quality standards. Conduct regular audits and gap analysis to identify areas of improvement in information workflows. Assist in training employees on information handling practices, including classification, archiving, and retrieval processes. Manage requests for information, coordinate with internal teams, and provide guidance on best practices for information sharing. Support initiatives related to knowledge management, digital transformation, and automation to optimize information usage. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promote a culture of information integrity, accessibility, and confidentiality across the organization.
