Associate Specialist, Information Management

Role Overview: As an Associate Specialist, Information Management, you will be responsible for the configuration, support, and maintenance of the AVEVA E3D software environment. Your role will involve ensuring that the E3D system is optimized for performance, data integrity, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. You will serve as the key technical liaison between Engineering disciplines, IT, and PMT. Key Responsibilities: - Schedule task maintenance - Conduct database integrity checking - Prepare design review reports - Generate reports - Resolve system issues - Create incremental backups - Create and maintain project-based 3D job notes - Support multi-location project collaboration using AVEVA Global - Prepare Model Review sessions on a daily basis as per project Model review specification - Coordinate and generate Project Model Review sessions at different Milestones (30%, 60%, and 90%) as per client specification - Guide and assist users in delivering project-related deliverables - Administer Isometric and 2D Drafts - Manage Multi-Discipline Cats & Specs Administration - Administer MDS / E3D Supports Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering - 2+ years of experience with AVEVA E3D Administration - Proficiency in setting up and managing E3D projects, catalogues, and specifications - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and organizational skills - Experience working in Multi-Discipline projects - PML Experience is preferred,
