Associate Specialist, Information Management

Role Overview: As an Associate Specialist in Information Management, you will be responsible for the configuration, support, and maintenance of the AVEVA E3D software environment. Your role is crucial in ensuring that the E3D system is optimized for performance, data integrity, and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams. You will serve as the key technical liaison between Engineering disciplines, IT, and PMT. Key Responsibilities: - Coordinate and provide 3D support for the project execution team, ensuring the model is maintained and operates efficiently. - Perform tasks such as schedule maintenance, database integrity checking, design review reporting, resolving system issues, creating incremental back-ups, and maintaining project-based 3D job notes. - Support multi-location project collaboration using AVEVA Global. - Prepare Model Review sessions daily based on project Model review specifications. - Administer Multi-Discipline Cats & Specs and support Project Model Review sessions at different Milestones (30%, 60%, and 90%) as per client specifications. - Guide and assist users in delivering project-related deliverables. - Administer Isometric and 2D Drafts, as well as MDS/E3D Supports. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering. - Minimum of 2 years of experience with AVEVA E3D Administration. - Proficiency in setting up and managing E3D projects, catalogues, and specifications. - Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. - Strong communication and organizational skills. - Experience working in Multi-Discipline projects. - Preferred experience with PML.
