Job Description

As an Associate Specialist, Demand Generation at Basware, your role involves supporting the execution of AI-enhanced, multi-channel marketing programs to drive pipeline and demand across new and existing customer segments. You will play a crucial part in leveraging marketing automation tools to ensure campaign delivery, maintain data integrity, and facilitate coordination between global and local marketing teams. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the end-to-end execution of global multi-channel demand generation campaigns across paid media, social and web, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to program goals. - Collaborate with global and local marketing teams, acting as a liaison to offshore execution teams for seamless communication and coordination. - Manage workflows, daily tasks, and timelines through project management tools (e.g., Asana), ensuring visibility, tracking, and completion of deliverables. - Manage lead creation and updates in the Marketing Automation Platform (MAP) and CRM (e.g., HubSpot), ensuring data accuracy and hygiene. - Assist in the creation and optimization of marketing assets, including emails, landing pages, and nurture workflows within CRM platform (e.g. HubSpot). - Conduct regular audits and maintenance of marketing data, including contact segmentation, subscription status, opt-ins, and list uploads to ensure campaign readiness and compliance. - Assist in campaign performance tracking and reporting, contributing insights to improve pipeline quality and conversion. - Contribute to A/B testing strategies for email and landing pages to enhance performance and engagement. - Provide administrative and operational support for nurture campaigns, campaign launches, and demand generation initiatives. - Ensure alignment and consistency across global marketing operations through clear communication and process documentation. - Leverage (Gen)AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, and others to support content creation, streamline campaign workflows, enhance email marketing efficiency, and improve day-to-day marketing operations. **Requirements:** - 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing, marketing operations, or a related field. - Bachelor's degree in marketing, Technology, Business, or related field preferred. - Ability to work in a fast-paced global environment with cross-cultural teams. Basic knowledge of marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot (Marketo, Pardot, or similar tools are also beneficial. - Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset. - Familiarity with CRM systems and digital marketing best practices. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (pivot tables, data sorting, etc.). - Experience with project management tools like Asana, Trello, or Monday.com is a plus. - Knowledge of SEO and Google AdWords a benefit.,
