About

Seeking a technically curious Associate Solutions Architect to support scalable solutions, POCs, integrations, and queries. Ideal for individuals with early technical experience aiming to expand expertise in cloud, security, and web performance.

As an Associate Solutions Architect Associate, you will be responsible for:

• Assisting with conducting standard Proof-of-Concepts (POCs) for Akamais performance and security solutions.


• Supporting partner enablement through the Advance Partner Program, assisting with integrations and onboarding activities.


• Creating and delivering Value Confirmation Reports while troubleshooting technical issues and addressing customer queries.


• Collaborating with Pre-sales, Sales, and Product Managers to refine solutions and offer usability feedback.


• Contributing to internal documentation and knowledge-sharing initiatives.


• Shadowing senior team members on advanced engagements (e.g., Botman, Content Protector, NS53 solutions, API Security).

To be successful in this role you will:

• Have a Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field


• Gain 612 months experience in technical support, QA, or implementation role, willing to with a willingness to work night shifts.


• Be thorough with internet fundamentals, DNS and routing, communication protocols such as HTTP or TCP


• Utilize debugging tools including curl, browser development tools, and Postman effectively.


• Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication abilities


• Demonstrate willingness to learn technologies and adopt proactive approaches to problem-solving.


• Gain experience with AWS, GCP, Azure, or CDN services; understand WAF, bot management, and application security.
