As an Associate Software Developer at WaferWire Technology Solutions (WCT), you will have the opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies and contribute to software development in a dynamic work environment. Here is a summary of the responsibilities and qualifications required for this role: Role Overview: You will be responsible for developing, testing, and maintaining applications using C# or Python with Azure DevOps knowledge. Additionally, you will work on backend development, API integrations, and cloud-based solutions. Collaboration with senior developers and cross-functional teams to deliver project requirements will be a key aspect of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Develop, test, and maintain applications using C# or Python with Azure DevOps knowledge - Work on backend development, API integrations, and cloud-based solutions - Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code - Assist in deployment and automation processes using Azure DevOps - Collaborate with senior developers and cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver solutions - Learn and apply best practices in software development, version control (Git), and CI/CD pipelines - Stay updated with emerging technologies and contribute to process improvements Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's/masters degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field - Proficiency in at least one programming language, such as C# or Python - Solid understanding of object-oriented programming principles, along with experience in .NET Framework or Python for application development - Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, source control (Git), and deployment automation - Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking - Good understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) - Ability to work in a team and communicate effectively - Familiarity with cloud platforms like Microsoft Azure - Knowledge of databases (SQL/NoSQL) and web development concepts - Exposure to Agile methodologies and DevOps practices WaferWire Technology Solutions (WCT) specializes in delivering comprehensive Cloud, Data, and AI solutions through Microsoft's technology stack.
