**Role Overview:** You will be joining Gallagher, a global industry leader in insurance, risk management, and consulting services, at the Gallagher Center of Excellence (GCoE) in India. As part of the team of over 10,000 professionals, you will play a crucial role in driving excellence and innovation within the organization. Your responsibilities will include business analysis, documentation of requirements and technical specifications, development coding, and ensuring adherence to project processes. **Key Responsibilities:** - Conduct business analysis effectively, communicating at all levels. - Document requirements, technical specifications, and user guides. - Develop coding individually or collaborate with team members. - Participate in code reviews and solution architecture discussions. - Stay updated on the latest technical advances. - Program using C# .NET Core, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Attend project management meetings as required. - Ensure the project team follows the organization's defined processes. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's in Engineering/Master of Computer Applications/Master of Computer Science or related certifications with a minimum of 1 year of work experience. - Proficiency in C# .NET Core, SQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Understanding of software development lifecycle, AGILE, and SCRUM methodologies. - Familiarity with Object-Oriented Design and design patterns. - Strong problem-solving, debugging, and troubleshooting skills. - Experience in writing SQL database scripts using T-SQL or PL/SQL. - Recent experience in frontend software development with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. - Knowledge of responsive web design, Bootstrap, and ASP.NET using C#.NET Core. - Understanding of web application security best practices. - Ability to effectively communicate technically and in layman's terms. - Ambitious with a desire to learn new skills. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Capable of multitasking and working effectively under pressure. **Additional Information:** Inclusion and diversity are core values at Gallagher, where employees' diverse identities, experiences, and talents are embraced to better serve clients and communities.
