Associate Software Engineer - SAP BRIM (CI, RAR)

As an SAP BRIM RAR expert at Maersk, you will play a crucial role in leading engagement with Order-To-Cash (OTC), Accounting-To-Reporting (ATR), and Revenue Accounting teams. Your responsibilities will include partnering with the finance technology team to create a vision, translating the team's vision into a roadmap, and ensuring end-to-end deliveries on the best-suited technical platforms in alignment with Maersk's enterprise strategy. Additionally, you will be involved in integrating SAP BRIM RAR with Order-To-Cash processes for Maersk Finance & Tax platform. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with finance OTC, ATR, RAR function, and platform product owners to create technology and solution vision - Lead end-to-end deliveries within the technology architecture framework and roadmap - Build trusted advisor relationships with business and technology stakeholders throughout digital transformation programs - Engage senior level stakeholders for discussions on end-to-end solutions, business value, agility, and robustness - Own solution design and ensure implementation by in-house SAP team and external partners - Assist in managing the product backlog, prioritizing user stories, and mapping dependencies - Anticipate business and customer needs, create customer journey maps, and contribute to the Agile development process - Evaluate product progress, improve performance metrics, and contribute to developing product and Agile practices for Maersk - Ensure governance in change deployment, IT budgeting, and vendor relationship management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor / Master's degree in Business or Finance or Chartered Accountant with a minimum of 3 years of experience in Global Transformational projects with SAP BRIM & RAR - Experience in S/4 HANA Implementation as SAP BRIM Lead consultant with expertise in integration of SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing & FICA with RAR - Understanding of IFRS15 standards and SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (SAP RAR) solution - Knowledge of SAP modules such as New GL/AR/AP/AA/Bank accounting and end-to-end process knowledge for IFRS 15 compliance - Familiarity with new features related to HANA, Agile methodology, and global delivery in a team environment - Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, and leadership skills - Ability to work in a fast-paced global scale S/4HANA implementation with ambiguity handling capabilities Maersk is a global organization operating in more than 130 countries, offering a highly international and inspiring environment with attractive employee benefits.
