Associate Software Engineer - SAP BRIM (CI, RAR)

You will be joining Maersk during a time of unprecedented transformation where digitization and IT play a crucial role in enabling global trade. As an SAP BRIM RAR expert, your primary responsibility will be to lead engagement with Order-To-Cash (OTC), Accounting-To-Reporting (ATR), and Revenue Accounting teams for the assigned finance platform. You will partner with the finance technology team to create a vision, translate that vision into a roadmap, and ensure end-to-end delivery on the best-suited technical platforms in alignment with Maersk's enterprise strategy. Key Responsibilities: - Technology delivery partner with Maersk RAR team focusing on integration with Order-To-Cash processes for Maersk Finance & Tax platform - Help create technology & solution vision in partnership with Finance OTC, ATR, RAR function, and platform product owners - Translate the vision into a roadmap and lead end-to-end deliveries in alignment within the technology architecture framework - Build trusted advisor relationships with business & technology stakeholders throughout the digital transformation programs - Engage senior-level stakeholders to facilitate discussions on solutions, business value, agility, and robustness - Collaborate with platform product owners and lead Engineers to ensure accounting needs are met - Own solution design and implementation, working closely with in-house SAP team and external partners - Assist in managing the Product Backlog, prioritizing user stories, and mapping out dependencies - Anticipate business and customer needs, create customer journey maps, and develop market knowledge - Work closely with development teams, contribute to sprint planning and execution, and refine the development process - Evaluate product progress, improve performance metrics, and contribute to developing product and agile practices for Maersk - Ensure governance in change deployment, IT budgeting, and vendor relationship management Qualifications Required: - Bachelor / Master's degree in Business or Finance or Chartered Accountant with minimum 3 years of experience in SAP BRIM & RAR projects - Expertise in S/4 HANA Implementation as SAP BRIM Lead consultant - Strong understanding of SAP BRIM Convergent Invoicing & FICA integration with RAR - Knowledge of IFRS15 standards and SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (SAP RAR) solution - Experience in FI modules such as New GL/AR/AP/AA/Bank accounting - End-to-End process knowledge for IFRS 15 compliance and accounting best practices - Familiarity with new features related to HANA, embedded analytics, user experience using Fiori, S/4HANA conversion, SAP cloud platform, and BRF+ in SAP S/4HANA - Experience with Agile methodology and global delivery in a team environment (Note: The additional details about Maersk being a global organization operating in more than 130 countries, offering an inspiring and international work environment with flexible work hours and other benefits have been omitted in the final Job Description.),
