Associate Software Engineer Intern

Job Summary:

We are seeking passionate and driven software engineering interns to join our team for a 6-month internship program. This role is ideal for students or recent graduates who have a strong foundation in at least one core programming language (Python, JavaScript, or Java) and are eager to work with the latest technologies, including those in the AI/ML space.

Throughout the internship, youll work on real-world projects under the mentorship of experienced engineers, gaining hands-on experience in software development. Based on performance and business needs, interns may be offered full-time roles in Development, QA, or Managed Services teams post-internship.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with senior engineers to design, develop, and test software solutions
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry standards
• Contribute to debugging, troubleshooting, and performance tuning
• Participate in agile development practices, team meetings, and code reviews
• Explore and apply emerging technologies, in the fields of AI or automation
• Work with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality outcomes within deadlines
• Maintain documentation for processes, tools, and developed solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in

  BTech, BSc (Computer Science), BSc (Information Technology), or BCA

• Proficiency in at least one programming language:

  Python, JavaScript, or Java

• Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks)
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Effective communication and teamwork skills
• Curiosity and enthusiasm to explore new technologies, particularly in

  AI/ML, automation, or cloud platforms

Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have):

• Exposure to frameworks like React, Angular, Spring Boot, or Flask
• Experience with SQL or NoSQL databases
• Personal or academic projects demonstrating interest in AI, machine learning, or data-driven applications
