Job Description

Role Responsibilities

Monitor, troubleshoot, and investigate issues in Windows, VMware, and HyperV environments.
Execute kernel patching and storage additions per database requirements.
Automate routine monitoring tasks using scripting tools.
Escalate unresolved issues to L3 SMEs and coordinate with third-party vendors during troubleshooting.
Maintain process compliance by updating tickets, generating shift handover reports, and tracking SLA adherence.

Job Requirements

Graduate in Engineering or Science.
Certifications in OS 201, Windows Server Administration, and VMware Virtualization (VMware-201) preferred.
Hands-on experience in system troubleshooting, antivirus management, and scripting.
Strong understanding of clustering concepts, including Windows NLB and Clustering.
