Job Responsibilities:

• Own the end-to-end architecture of agentic AI systems, from design decisions to production rollout and stabilization.
• Define multi-agent system patterns for planning, execution, tool orchestration, memory management, and evaluation.
• Establish architectural standards for reasoning workflows, prompt orchestration, and structured output enforcement.
• Design and scale RAG architectures, including strategies for retrieval, grounding mechanisms, and data flow patterns.
• Evaluate and select LLMs, agent frameworks, and orchestration tools based on performance, cost, and use-case fit.
• Ensure production readiness through observability, performance tuning, and cost control strategies.
• Collaborate with senior engineering leaders and business stakeholders to translate requirements into clear technical direction.
• Set best practices and guardrails for agentic AI development across teams.
  

Job Requirement:

• B.Tech, MCA, MSC(IT), or M.Tech degree in Computer Science or related field.
  
• 9 to 12 years of experience in software architecture, backend systems, or AI platform development.
• Strong proficiency in Python and familiarity with design patterns and microservices architectures.
• Hands-on experience with LLMs and agent frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, AutoGen, and AutoGPT or similar.
• Expertise in embeddings, vector databases, and retrieval systems.
• Proven track record of designing scalable and maintainable systems.
