Associate Site Reliability Engineer

Your role as SRE headcount will involve supporting ESRE services related to incidents by building actionable alerts/automation to prevent incidents, detect performance bottlenecks, and identify maintenance activities. You will need to employ deep troubleshooting skills to enhance the availability, performance, and security of IMT Services. Collaborating with Product and Support teams, you will plan and deploy product releases. Working closely with Engineering leadership, you will develop shared services meeting platform and application teams" requirements. Your role also includes ensuring services are designed for 24/7 availability and operational readiness. You will implement proactive monitoring, alerting, trend analysis, and self-healing systems. Additionally, contributing to product development/engineering is necessary to ensure Quality of Service of Highly Available services. Resolving product/service defects or implementing design, infrastructure, or operational changes are also part of your responsibilities. Implementing automated tests, deployments, and operational tools is crucial. Qualifications required for this role include: - 1+ years of experience in Production support services environments - BS in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Math, or equivalent professional experience - Excellent troubleshooting skills with a systematic problem-solving approach - Experience with elastically scalable, fault tolerance, and other cloud architecture patterns - Proficiency in operating on AWS (both PaaS and IaaS offerings) - Familiarity with Windows (2016 R2+) and Linux - Experience with Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery concepts - Good to have experience in Containerization concepts like Docker No additional details about the company are mentioned in the job description.,
