Key Responsibilities:

  • Send email to all Business units and collect duty roster from the Unit in-charge for all the employees and schedule the duty in the WFS application.
  • Monitoring daily attendance of units and updating the duty changes of scheduled duty to the WFS application.
  • Doing follow up and co-ordination with different branches and operations manager to ensure to have effective attendance management system
  • Downloading different reports from WFS and doing analysis with MIS reports
  • Doing reconciliation with attendance report and verifying the scheduled hours and actual hours present for the day
  • Updating Unit in charges for the shortage of hours for deduction related with payroll inputs
  • Managing & administration of attendance, payable days, leave calculation, LOP for no attendance days.

Qualifications & Skills

  • 2 - 3 years of experience in Workforce Management, Payroll and Attendance management.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and HR-related tools/software.
