Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate/Senior Associate to join our Advisory & Consulting team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in consulting and advisory, with a strong background in business development, financial modeling, and real estate market dynamics.

Roles and Responsibility

Execute and oversee the delivery of assignments to ensure client satisfaction.
Develop business models and financial projections based on market dynamics and client objectives.
Conduct research into specific industry sectors, markets, and competitors through secondary and primary interactions.
Understand and develop knowledge of relevant players in the real estate industry.
Gather knowledge of regulatory environments affecting specific businesses.
Represent Colliers advisory to clients for presentations and business development pitches.
Identify client objectives and articulate/present reports/deliverables.
Undertake research into specific industry sectors, markets, and competitors through secondary and primary interactions.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business, Finance, Real Estate, or a related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Minimum 1 to 3 years of experience in consulting and advisory (non-transaction).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
Knowledge of real estate market dynamics and trends.
Familiarity with financial modeling and valuation techniques.
Strong research and report writing abilities.
