Job Description

You will be responsible for reviewing the entire Smart campus security operations from the state-of-the-art command center located in the campus. This includes monitoring and reviewing security for the perimeter, buildings, critical areas, and critical systems within the campus. You will use various security management tools like CCTV, access control systems, PA systems, etc., to monitor and review security operations. Your role will involve providing new system/technology solutions to cover any gaps in operations. Additionally, you will perform analytics based on campus data to improve operations. Your key responsibilities will include: - Developing and implementing policies and procedures for effective management of security in the campus - Supporting in the implementation of Integrated Security and Surveillance projects/solutions - Sharing learnings and ideas based on operations review with the design team for continuous improvement and with other campuses - Reviewing and providing inputs on Security system AMCs for uninterrupted support of security system/technology - Managing and delivering the highest standard of security for the campus - Building and managing the Security Command Center team As for qualifications, the ideal candidate should possess: - Proven experience in security operations and management - Strong knowledge of security management tools and systems - Ability to analyze data and provide insights for operational improvements - Experience in developing security policies and procedures - Excellent communication skills for sharing ideas and learnings with the team If there are any additional details about the company in the job description, please provide them.,
