1. Chromatographic skills like SEC, IEX, HIC, RP, etc with operation of HPLC, UPLC equipments.
2. N-Glycan analysis is preferred and higher order structure analysis experience will be advantage.
3. Electrophoresis skills like Capillary electrophoresis (cIEF, CE-SDS NR & R, CE-LIF) etc.
4. Work experience on analytical method development and validation for biotherapeutic products.
5. Experience on documentation preparations like SOPs, MOA, MDR, etc. Computer literacy in Microsoft office and softwares related to critical equipments.
1. Responsible for timely analytical deliverables of Biotherapeutic projects involving QTPP and Process Support, method development, method qualification and transfer.
2. Carries out hands on bench work by various analytical techniques that include but not limited to Colorimetric/Spectrophotometric assays, Chromatographic test, Electrophoresis test, etc.
3. Independently executes experiments, derives interpretation and conclusion of results.
4. Plans daily work, records and reviews results and documents to ensure correctness & to fulfill targets on time.
5. Follows GLP practices and assists superior in maintaining lab practices. Prepares protocols, drafts reports, presentations and documents related to projects and various scientific activities.
