We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience. ### Roles and Responsibility Conduct data analysis, financial analysis, and modeling to support business decisions. Perform market research, including primary and secondary research, to identify trends and opportunities. Develop and maintain complex financial models using advanced Excel skills. Analyze and interpret large datasets to provide insightful solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results. Provide expert advice on valuation, modeling, and economics to clients. ### Job Requirements CA/MBA degree from a reputable institution. Strong understanding of financial modeling, data analysis, and problem-solving. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and stakeholders. Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, with the ability to learn new software and technologies. Ability to thrive in unstructured situations and adapt to changing priorities. Experience working with Big 4 CA firms or reputed Investment Banks is preferred.
