We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Associate to join our team in Mumbai. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, a strong background in valuation, modeling, and economics, with excellent analytical and communication skills. ### Roles and Responsibility Conduct data analysis, financial analysis, and modeling to support business decisions. Develop and maintain complex financial models to forecast revenue and expenses. Perform market research to identify trends and opportunities for growth. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement business strategies. Analyze and interpret large datasets to inform business decisions. Develop and maintain reports and presentations to communicate insights and recommendations to stakeholders. ### Job Requirements Strong understanding of financial concepts, including accounting, finance, and economics. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with diverse stakeholders. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing multiple tasks and meeting deadlines. Strong attention to detail, with a focus on accuracy and quality in all aspects of work. Qualification: CA/MBA. Preference will be given to candidates who have worked with Big 4 CA firms or reputed Investment Banks.
