Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of experience to join our team as an Associate in Transaction Diligence, based in Mumbai. ### Roles and Responsibility Conduct thorough analysis of transaction risks and develop strategies to mitigate them. Analyze historic and current financial information, projections, and assumptions to inform deal decisions. Identify potential issues impacting the transaction valuation and advise on solutions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide services across multiple client departments while adhering to commercial and legal requirements. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service and support. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to continuously improve skills and knowledge. ### Job Requirements Chartered Accountant qualification with 1-2 years of statutory or FDD experience. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver insightful and practical solutions. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including report writing and relationship-building. Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, focusing on teamwork and mutual support. Practical approach to solving complex problems, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines. Experience in data analysis, MIS, and project handling, with a strong understanding of business operations and finance.
