Job Description

As a Sales Enablement professional at GLG in Gurgaon, your role will involve providing crucial support to the Sales Team across the sales value chain. You will have direct engagement with the Business Development team and the broader organization, reporting to the FS SE Lead in Gurgaon for mentorship. Key responsibilities include: - Conducting industry and sub-sector level research to understand industry structure, trends, and key players - Performing in-depth company research including organizational structures, key hierarchies, and office locations - Supporting Sales Operations activities such as SFDC CRM Maintenance, generating client consumption reports, and invoice and AR collection - Reviewing old and new contract setups in Salesforce for a smooth transition - Maintaining support in Salesforce for Accounting review of strategic projects - Assisting in managing GLG Library access for client users - Responding to inbound requests related to new contracts, renewals, and invoicing - Reviewing CPQ opportunities, quotes, orders, and contracts for completeness and accuracy - Collaborating cross-functionally with Sales, Finance, Ops, and Legal teams to ensure efficient quoting and contracting processes - Conducting deeper research on prioritized companies to understand their strategic priorities and key executives - Developing customized presentations and proposals articulating GLG's value proposition and specific solutions Qualifications required: - 0-1 years of experience - Graduate/Postgraduate degree from a top-tier university - Experience in Research, Information Services, Pre-sales, or related Marketing and Sales Operations roles - Excellent communication skills in a business-focused setting - Proficiency in Salesforce, CPQ platforms, and Ironclad - Strong analytical skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively About GLG / Gerson Lehrman Group: GLG is the world's insight network connecting clients with powerful insights from a network of approximately 1 million experts.
