Role & responsibilities : Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the education sector (schools, colleges, coaching institutes, individual learners). Develop and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships, understanding their needs and offering tailored EXAMPAY solutions. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with channel partners, particularly schools, fostering long-term collaborations. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients, effectively articulating the value proposition of our Ed-tech offerings. Achieve and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets. Collaborate closely with the marketing and product teams to provide market feedback and contribute to product development. Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis to senior management. Possess a strong understanding of sales operations within the educational ecosystem, ensuring smooth execution of partnerships with schools. Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions. Preferred candidate profile : 1-3 years of proven sales experience, with a strong preference for candidates from the education or Ed-tech industry. Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Excellent spoken English communication and presentation skills. Proficiency in Bengali (speaking and understanding) is mandatory, as this role requires extensive interaction with clients in the local region. Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A passion for education and technology.
