Bengaluru The position is responsible for1. Sales Support: Assist the sales team in achieving their targets by providing administrative and operational support. This includes preparing sales proposals, quotes, and contracts, as well as maintaining and updating customer databases and sales records.2. Order Processing: Manage the order processing cycle, from receiving purchase orders to coordinating with various departments to ensure timely delivery of products or services. This involves verifying order details, monitoring order status, and resolving any issues or discrepancies that may arise.3. Customer Service: Serve as a point of contact for customers and address their inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally. Maintain strong relationships with clients, providing them with product information, pricing, and any other required assistance.4. Sales Reporting: Prepare sales reports, performance metrics, and sales forecasts to track the team&aposs progress and identify areas for improvement. Present these reports to sales managers and executives, providing insights and recommendations based on the data analysis.5. Sales Coordination: Coordinate and schedule sales meetings, conferences, and events. Facilitate communication and collaboration among the sales team members, ensuring the timely dissemination of information, updates, and sales-related materials.6. CRM System Management: Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) software to manage and update customer information, track sales activities, and generate reports. Train and support the sales team in using the CRM system effectively.7. Market Research: Conduct market research and analysis to identify potential leads, market trends, and competitor activities. Provide insights and recommendations to the sales team based on the research findings, contributing to sales strategies and business development initiatives.8. Administrative Tasks: Perform general administrative tasks, such as managing correspondence, scheduling appointments, arranging travel arrangements, and maintaining sales-related documentation.success of the sales department.

Requirements

Minimum of degree in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred). Experience of 1-2 years Proven experience as sales coordinator Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent negotiation and persuasive abilities. Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset. Ability to work independently and within a team. Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
