Senior Associate - Validation

Objectives of the position:

We are looking for an HVAC Validation Engineer with 2 to 4 years of experience. You will help ensure our HVAC systems work properly and safely. Your job will include testing these systems, analysing results, and writing reports. Your work is important for the overall performance and safety of our facilities.

Skills:

Experience in HVAC validation and testing

Good written and verbal communication in English

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 QMS (preferred)

Good customer service skills and teamwork

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Ability to address and solve issues independently

Willingness to share knowledge and work together with others

Roles & Responsibilities:

vPerform HVAC and clean room validations, including tests for:

Air Velocity Test

HEPA Filter Integrity Test

Particle count Test(Viable and Non-Viable Particle Count)

Recovery Test

Air Flow Visualization Test with Videography

Differential Pressure Test

Light Intensity Test

Sound Level Test

Temperature and Humidity Studies

vTest and qualify equipment like air filters, temperature-controlled chambers, etc.

vUse instruments like Digital Anemometers, Air Capture hood, Aerosol Photometer, Aerosol Generator, Particle Counters, Water Foggers, Handy Cameras Air Samplers and Data Loggers.

vSupport in setting up and testing facilities, utilities, and equipment.

vWrite and execute testing protocols(DQ, IQ, OQ, PQ and RQ), then create final reports.

vHelp with system impact and criticality assessments.

vConduct temperature mapping studies and requalifications for Incubators, freezers, chambers and Autoclave.

vResolve issues and perform root cause analysis if problems arise.

vCreate and maintain validation procedures, plans, and reports.

vExecution of Operational, Performance and Re-qualifications.

vPrepare and send customer test reports.

Qualification:

ؠDiploma or Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, or related fields)

ؠ2 to 4 years of experience in HVAC validation and thermal mapping

Job Types:

• Full-time, Permanent

Salary:

• ?15,000.00 - ?21,000.00 per month
