Job Description

Job Title: Assocaite Sales - Bancassurance
Company Name: Axis Max Life Insurance Job Description: The Associate Sales - Bancassurance will be responsible for driving the sales of life insurance products through our banking partners. This role involves developing and managing relationships with bank staff, providing training and support to ensure their success in promoting our products. The Sales Manager will work closely with the bank's sales teams to identify opportunities, implement sales strategies, and achieve revenue targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will analyze market trends and customer needs to adjust the sales strategies effectively, while ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and company policies. Key Responsibilities:
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with partner banks.
  • Train and motivate bank staff on various life insurance products.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive product sales through bank channels.
  • Conduct joint sales calls with bank staff to enhance collaboration and drive results.
  • Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management regarding achievements and areas for improvement.
  • Analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine sales approaches.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal company policies.
