Associate- Revenue

Role Overview: You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth execution of revenue plans and contributing to revenue growth in the Revenue Operations team. Your responsibilities will include owning key operational processes, collaborating with internal teams and university partners, and identifying growth opportunities to optimize business decisions. Key Responsibilities: - Act as the operational bridge between various teams to drive timely and error-free execution. - Plan and manage the program calendar, including scheduling runs, pricing, discount rounds, and bundles, to ensure optimal alignment and accuracy. - Verify program listings on school websites for consistency and accuracy. - Support revenue team in identifying growth opportunities by providing insights from operational processes and market alignment. - Proactively identify and recommend fixes for risks, gaps, or misalignments in revenue operations process. Qualifications Required: - Minimum 2 years of experience in business operations, revenue operations, program management, or related roles. - Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. - High attention to detail and proactive resolution of gaps. - Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills. - Analytical mindset connecting operational execution to business impact. - Proactive, eager to learn, and aspiring to grow into a revenue leadership role.,
