Associate Research Analyst, Market Operations Support

As an Associate Research Analyst at Ryan, you will collaborate with the Market Operations Support team to deliver research services that bolster our sales campaigns and marketing endeavors. Your role will involve executing market research and consulting projects, with a focus on lead generation, potential client research, competitive analysis, and industry trend monitoring. In this position, it is crucial to maintain a positive team dynamic and ensure timely completion of projects while keeping your reporting manager informed of the project status. You will also be responsible for responding to client inquiries and requests from tax authorities, providing proactive updates to international and India liaisons, and preparing comprehensive reports on competitors to offer valuable insights into their activities. Moreover, your responsibilities will include conducting research on property tax and related areas to support eminence-building activities such as webcasts and newsletters. You will participate in internal client meetings and calls, engaging in discussions with requestors to address their needs effectively. Your role will involve various value-driven tasks, including lead generation through diverse sources, developing target lists for sales campaigns, and creating company profiles to define target areas and educate sales personnel. Additionally, you will be tasked with monitoring competitor activities, performing market research, and gathering executive contact information for lead lists. To excel in this role, you should possess a Master's or Bachelor's degree in Finance, Commerce, Accounting, or Business, along with 1 to 2 years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel is essential for successful job performance. This position entails a 40+ hour standard workweek in a typical indoor office environment with prolonged periods of sitting while working on a computer.
