Our Relocation Specialist plays a crucial part in the mission towards the growth of theorganisation by improving customer experience in relocation. In a fun and fast-paced environment, thisposition requires Call, Email, and Chat communication with customers.

What will you be doing...

Connect with the customers who raise requests to relocate Understand customer s journey & gather information regarding the relocation request Provide a "wow" experience to the customer by ensuring the relocation request is resolved within TAT Arrange pick-up, delivery and installation of the device by following up with the internal teams Develop strategies to reduce the relocation TAT based on customer s feedback & journey Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company s current promotions & processes necessary tomeet or exceed the goals
