We are looking for a highly motivated and dynamic individual to join our team as an Associate Relationship Manager-Group. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail banking, specifically in the rural banking sector, with a focus on assets and mortgages.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers in the rural banking sector
• Identify and understand customer needs and provide appropriate financial solutions
• Promote and sell various banking products and services, with a focus on assets and mortgages
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the bank
• Provide excellent customer service and ensure customer satisfaction
• Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitors' offerings
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth and efficient operations
• Adhere to all regulatory and compliance guidelines
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail banking, with a focus on assets and mortgages
• Strong understanding of rural banking and the needs of customers in this sector
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven track record of meeting sales targets and delivering results
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in MS Office and other relevant software
• Knowledge of local language and culture is preferred
