We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented fresh graduates to join our dynamic recruitment team as Associate Recruiter. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong foundation in recruitment for clients based in the United States..

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify resumes and extract relevant keywords based on the company's current needs.
• Source and screen potential candidates' resumes from job boards.
• Maintain and monitor recruitment databases to ensure accurate tracking.
• Evaluate candidates' credibility and complete all necessary documentation.
• Keep all applicants informed about their application status throughout the process.
• Serve as a primary point of contact, fostering strong relationships with candidates during the selection process.
• A key responsibility is to initiate contact with potential candidates and guide them through IT-based Knowledge Transfer Programs, providing insights into effective internal hiring practices.

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in any discipline (Freshers only).
• Skills & Competencies:
• Basic knowledge of MS Word, MS Excel, and internet research.
• Excellent communication and convincing skills.
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, enthusiastic, and eager to learn.
• Ability to work effectively in a night shift and in a fast-paced environment.

Salary :

• Annual CTC - ₹1,80,000 per annum.
• Incentives based on their performance.
• Travelling Allowance is provided.

• Working Days: Monday to Friday
