Associate Quality Engineer

You should have a good understanding of solar installation processes for residential and C&I projects. It is essential to ensure that project work is executed and checked following quality control and safety processes. Conduct induction training and awareness programs for workmen and staff. Prepare quality observation reports for residential and C&I projects. Conduct on-site safety and quality inspections, focusing on all technical aspects of the projects. Provide records to the I&C team for safety and quality inspections and follow up on and update closure reports. Carry out safety and quality audits within the city and state. Understand electrical hazards and risks. Communicate effectively with the O&M and execution teams. Regularly inspect equipment and conduct root cause analysis of near-miss cases, ensuring identification of required skills. Knowledge of solar product inspection is advantageous. Maintain, publish, and track all QHSE-related reports. The job may require daily travel within the base city and inter-state travel as needed. The educational requirement for this role is a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical or a BE in Electrical/Mechanical. This is a full-time position with day and morning shifts.
