Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Conduct quality inspections of electrical equipment, machinery, and instruments to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
Supervise junior engineers during process inspection activities to ensure efficient execution of tasks.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in manufacturing processes and implement corrective actions.
Develop and maintain documentation related to quality control procedures, test plans, and reports.
Provide technical support to production teams on quality-related issues.

Desired Candidate Profile

0-3 years of experience in Quality Assurance/Engineering or a related field (electrical engineering background preferred).
Strong understanding of electrical principles, industrialization concepts, and quality control methodologies.
Excellent supervisory skills with ability to lead junior engineers effectively.
Diploma holder in Electrical or B.Tech/B.E. from a recognized institution.
