Job Description

As an Associate Client Experience at The Weber Shandwick Collective, you will be part of a global communications agency that focuses on creating shared and sustainable value for businesses, people, and society. You will work with a talented team to craft impactful stories for leading brands and businesses, utilizing the latest technology and platforms. **Key Responsibilities:** - Support the development and execution of integrated communications strategies aligned with client objectives. - Monitor policy, regulatory, and industry developments, providing timely updates and briefings for clients. - Demonstrate understanding of media and industry trends, especially in sectors like technology, retail & e-commerce. - Identify Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and influencers to support clients" strategic goals. - Coordinate engagement activities such as roundtables, events, and outreach to media and influencers. - Collaborate with internal teams to deliver cohesive, integrated support. - Provide day-to-day support across multiple client accounts, ensuring timely execution and high-quality service delivery. - Create status reports, meeting notes, and call recaps to keep clients and colleagues informed and aligned. - Understand how client deliverables contribute to overall client impact and business objectives. **Top 5 Things you need to have for this role:** - Demonstrated problem-solving skills (e.g., research, organize findings, communicate effectively). - Knowledge of digital platforms, tools, and solutions. - Knowledge of basic agency capabilities and offerings. - Basic media proficiency and networking. - Coordination and organization skills. **Qualifications Required:** - At least 1-1.5 years of experience in Public Relations, with an understanding of Technology and Corporate sectors being advantageous. - A flair for writing would be a plus, as this position is content-driven.
