We’re a community-driven travellers’ hostel brand born in Bandra, Mumbai—known for warm hospitality, spotless spaces, and memorable experiences. After a successful first property, we’re opening our second in Jaipur and are looking for energetic associates who want to learn the ropes of hostel management and grow with us.

The Role

Associate Hostel Manager

What you’ll do

• Assist in running daily operations: front desk, housekeeping coordination, and breakfast setup.
• Help Property managers with Checkins , C-Forms and paperwork for guests.
• Support with managing OTAs (Hostelworld, Booking.com, etc.), guest check-ins, and reviews.
• Assist in vendor coordination, supplies management, SOPs and basic expense.tracking
• Engage with guests: recommend local experiences, support events/tours, and build community vibes.
• Be the go-to person for guest queries, ensuring warm and professional service.

You’ll thrive here if you

• Have

  0–1 years

  of experience in hospitality, hostels, hotels, or other guest-facing roles (freshers welcome).
• Are detail-oriented, love checklists, and enjoy keeping things neat & organized.
• Can communicate well in English & Hindi; being familiar with Jaipur is a bonus.
• Are willing to work shifts/weekends (hospitality never sleeps!).
• Are enthusiastic about travel, meeting people, and creating memorable experiences.
