Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Developer with 4 to 6 years of experience in SFDC Integration SFDC Development & Customization Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Sales Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. The ideal candidate will work in a hybrid model during day shifts and will not be required to travel. Experience in Property & Casualty Insurance is a plus.experience in Salesforce Lightning LWC Apex & Visualforce Experience in Sales and Service Cloud modules Responsibilities Develop and customize Salesforce applications to meet business requirements. Integrate Salesforce with other systems to ensure seamless data flow and process automation. Implement and manage Salesforce DevOPS processes to enhance deployment and development efficiency. Configure and manage SFDC Sales Cloud to optimize sales processes and improve user experience. Utilize SFDC Lightning to create modern responsive user interfaces. Perform SFDC Configuration to tailor the platform to specific business needs. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Salesforce-related issues. Ensure data integrity and security within the Salesforce environment. Create and maintain documentation for Salesforce configurations and customizations. Conduct regular system audits and prepare for Salesforce updates and new releases. Train and support end-users to maximize the platforms capabilities. Contribute to the continuous improvement of Salesforce practices and standards. Qualifications Must have strong experience in SFDC Integration SFDC Development & Customization Salesforce DevOPS SFDC Sales Cloud SFDC Lightning and SFDC Configuration. Nice to have experience in Property & Casualty Insurance domain. Must have excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Must have strong communication and collaboration skills. Must have the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Must have a proactive approach to learning new technologies and skills. Must have the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously. Must have a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and standards. Must have experience with Agile methodologies. Must have the ability to create and maintain detailed documentation. Must have the ability to train and support end-users effectively. Must have a commitment to continuous improvement and professional development. Must have the ability to adapt to changing business requirements and priorities.
