Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Test Analyst with 4 to 6 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in IBM Maximo Asset Management and preferably a background in Industrial Manufacturing. This hybrid role requires a proactive individual who can ensure the quality and reliability of our software solutions. The position operates during day shifts and does not require travel. Responsibilities Conduct thorough testing of IBM Maximo Asset Management applications to ensure functionality and performance. Develop and execute test plans test cases and test scripts based on project requirements. Identify document and track software defects and inconsistencies. Collaborate with developers and business analysts to understand system requirements and design test scenarios. Perform regression testing to ensure new code changes do not adversely affect existing functionalities. Utilize automated testing tools to enhance testing efficiency and coverage. Provide detailed test reports and metrics to stakeholders highlighting key findings and recommendations. Participate in requirement review meetings to provide input from a testing perspective. Ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices in software testing. Assist in the creation and maintenance of test environments and test data. Support user acceptance testing (UAT) by coordinating with end-users and addressing their concerns. Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies to enhance overall product quality. Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in software testing and IBM Maximo Asset Management. Qualifications Possess a strong understanding of IBM Maximo Asset Management and its functionalities. Demonstrate experience in developing and executing comprehensive test plans and test cases. Have a keen eye for detail and a methodical approach to identifying and documenting defects. Show proficiency in using automated testing tools to streamline testing processes. Exhibit excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams. Preferably have domain knowledge in Industrial Manufacturing to better understand the application context. Be adaptable to a hybrid work model and manage tasks efficiently during day shifts.
