Role Overview
Associates hold critical responsibilities and assist managers and project teams with the effective execution of the project. Associates are expected to have the ability to work in multiple modules at one point, thereby providing maximum leverage to Project Leads. Being more experienced, they often engage end-to-end on the project and help train newer/junior team members.
Responsibilities
- Understand client contexts and dynamics of business concepts
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions with project teams and provide strong leverage to the Manager in creating work and analytical plans
- Manage module/part of project independently or with small teams
- Conduct comprehensive and effective research using both secondary and primary (interview, survey) research sources and techniques
- Organize, analyze, synthesize, and generate insightful and structured output using appropriate tools and techniques (memos, spreadsheets, reports, presentations, etc.)
- As more experienced team members, contribute to the analytical approach, mentor others, and help drive innovation and internal improvement
- Take part in our Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives. CSR is an essential part of Escalent’s DNA. Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant research experience in the telecom, media, technical industry
- Graduate or postgraduate with an engineering degree (preferably Computer Science, electronics, telecom)
- Strong analytical aptitude – problem solving, quantitative skills
- Strong verbal and oral communication
- Team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Logical and creative thinker
