Associate Project Engineer- Design (Creo)

As a Mechanical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in creating and maintaining product specifications with geometric dimensions and tolerances. Your responsibilities will include ensuring model and drawing quality, working individually or in a small team to meet deliverables, integrating deliveries from cross-functions, and ensuring quality and readiness before releases. You will also be responsible for meeting set requirements and timelines, interacting frequently with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements, and delivering accordingly. Additionally, you will process internal engineering work requests and collaborate with required functional areas to achieve project goals. Regular communication with stakeholders will be essential to ensure alignment on objectives. Key Responsibilities: - Create and maintain product specifications using geometric dimensions and tolerances. - Work individually or with a small team to secure deliverables. - Integrate deliveries from cross-functions and ensure quality and readiness before releases. - Meet set requirements and timelines. - Interact frequently with internal stakeholders to clarify requirements and deliver accordingly. - Process internal engineering work requests and engage with required functional areas. - Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals. - Engage in regular communication with stakeholders to ensure alignment on objectives. Qualifications Required: - Experience Range: 6 Months to 2 Years - Qualification: Diploma or B.E. in Mechanical Engineering - Working experience in Engine or sub-systems-related experience, preferably in the on-the-highway, off-highway, or Powertrain industry. - Strong engineering fundamentals and good knowledge of engines and sub-systems. - Hands-on experience in tools such as Creo (2D & 3D), knowledge of PLM, and ability to work in PLM (Windchill). - Hands-on experience in drafting standards and sound knowledge of engineering terms, casting components. - Knowledge of the design and development of casting components. - Good learning ability to understand various product features and their relevance to each other.
