Job Description

Teaching: Deliver engaging and effective lectures, tutorials, and practical laboratory sessions for B.Pharm and M.Pharm students in the respective specialization.
Curriculum Delivery: Ensure timely and thorough completion of the assigned academic syllabus in strict adherence to PCI norms and university regulations.
Student Development: Conduct student assessments, evaluate progress, and provide academic counseling and mentorship to students.
Research: Engage in departmental research activities, guide student projects, and contribute to research publications (especially for Assistant Professors).
Administration: Participate actively in internal departmental duties, exam invigilation, committee work, and co-curricular activities as assigned by the Head of the Department or Principal.

Requirements:

Required Qualifications: Must possess a minimum of M.Pharm in the relevant specialization (Pharmaceutics, Pharmacology, Pharmacognosy, or Pharmaceutical Chemistry). A Ph.D. is highly desirable and often required for the Assistant Professor level as per PCI guidelines.
Experience: Relevant teaching and/or research experience in a recognized pharmacy institution is preferred.
Skills: Strong foundational subject knowledge, effective pedagogical skills, proficiency in laboratory techniques, and good communication abilities
