Company Description SHEAT Group of Institutions, governed by Saraswati Charitable Trust, was established in 2008 in Varanasi. SHEAT College of Engineering, approved by AICTE and affiliated to Dr APJ Abdul Kalam Technical University Lucknow, is located in a lush green, pollution-free environment on the outskirts of Varanasi. The Institution aims to provide employment-oriented education to students from rural areas. It is part of a larger entity that includes SHEAT College of Polytechnic and SHEAT College of Pharmacy, both under the same affiliations and approvals. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Professor, located in Varanasi. The Associate Professor will be responsible for designing and delivering lectures, conducting research, developing course materials, and guiding students on projects and dissertations in CS and emerging areas. They will also participate in faculty meetings, contribute to academic publications, and stay updated with advancements in their field. Additionally, the role involves mentoring students and supporting their academic and professional growth. Qualifications Strong expertise in subject matter and related teaching methodologies Experience in curriculum development and instructional design Research skills and a track record of academic publications Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for mentoring and guidance Proficiency in using educational technology and software Ph.D. in the relevant field from a recognized university Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administrative staff Prior teaching experience in a higher education setting is preferred Show more Show less
