Role Description

We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Marketing Faculty member to teach undergraduate/postgraduate students and contribute to academic excellence. The ideal candidate should have strong subject expertise, industry understanding, and a passion for teaching and mentoring students.

Key Responsibilities

Teach Marketing subjects such as Principles of Marketing, Digital Marketing, Consumer Behaviour, Marketing Management, Sales & Distribution, Branding, and other related topics.

Prepare lesson plans, lecture materials, presentations, and assessments.

Conduct classroom teaching, tutorials, case discussions, and practical activities.

Evaluate student performance through assignments, exams, and project work.

Guide students on academic projects, internships, and industry assignments.

Stay updated with the latest marketing trends, especially digital and technology-driven marketing practices.

Organize workshops, guest lectures, and industry interactions.

Participate in curriculum development and academic improvements.

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM/Master’s degree in Marketing or a relevant discipline (PhD preferred).
• Strong academic record and subject matter expertise.
• Prior teaching experience is an advantage
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.

Experience Required

• Minimum 4–5 years of teaching or industry experience

  in Marketing

Hands-on exposure to modern marketing practices preferred.
