Job Summary:

Associate Professor

Key Responsibilities:

Teaching and Academic Delivery:

• Deliver high-quality lectures and interactive sessions in core and elective MBA subjects such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, or Strategy.
• Develop and update course content, teaching materials, and assessment methods in line with academic standards.
• Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, and career development.
• Conduct classroom and online sessions using modern pedagogical tools and techniques.

Research and Publications:

• Engage in original research and publish in peer-reviewed national and international journals.
• Guide Ph.D. and postgraduate research scholars.
• Participate in academic conferences, workshops, and seminars.

Quality Assurance and Accreditation (IQAC & NAAC):

• Actively participate in

  IQAC activities

  , including preparation and documentation of academic and administrative processes.
• Contribute to

  NAAC accreditation

  processes by providing data, compiling reports, and participating in audits and reviews.
• Ensure the implementation of best practices in teaching, learning, and evaluation as per NAAC criteria.
• Support the development and monitoring of institutional quality benchmarks.

Academic Administration and Institutional Development:

• Serve on academic and administrative committees within the department and institution.
• Support curriculum development, faculty development programs, and industry-academia initiatives.
• Assist in organizing seminars, conferences, and training sessions for continuous improvement.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Ph.D. in Management

• Proven record of

  research publications

  in UGC/Scopus-indexed journals.
• Experience working with

  IQAC

  and participation in

  NAAC accreditation

  processes is highly desirable.
• Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
