Job Title: Associate Professor MBA Department Location: Bangalore [ONE SCHOOL OF BUSINESS] SALARY RANGE: 50,000 to 55,000 PM Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Associate Professor to join our MBA program . The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in management education, proven teaching and research capabilities, and hands-on experience with IQAC (Internal Quality Assurance Cell) and NAAC (National Assessment and Accreditation Council) processes. This role involves contributing to curriculum development, quality assurance, and the overall academic growth of the institution. Key Responsibilities: Teaching and Academic Delivery: Deliver high-quality lectures and interactive sessions in core and elective MBA subjects such as Marketing, Finance, HR, Operations, or Strategy. Develop and update course content, teaching materials, and assessment methods in line with academic standards. Mentor and guide students in academic projects, internships, and career development. Conduct classroom and online sessions using modern pedagogical tools and techniques. Research and Publications: Engage in original research and publish in peer-reviewed national and international journals. Guide Ph.D. and postgraduate research scholars. Participate in academic conferences, workshops, and seminars. Quality Assurance and Accreditation (IQAC & NAAC): Actively participate in IQAC activities , including preparation and documentation of academic and administrative processes. Contribute to NAAC accreditation processes by providing data, compiling reports, and participating in audits and reviews. Ensure the implementation of best practices in teaching, learning, and evaluation as per NAAC criteria. Support the development and monitoring of institutional quality benchmarks. Academic Administration and Institutional Development: Serve on academic and administrative committees within the department and institution. Support curriculum development, faculty development programs, and industry-academia initiatives. Assist in organizing seminars, conferences, and training sessions for continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience: Ph.D. in Management Proven record of research publications in UGC/Scopus-indexed journals. Experience working with IQAC and participation in NAAC accreditation processes is highly desirable. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and leadership skills.
