Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Associate Professor of Computer Science located in Coimbatore. The responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and postgraduate courses, mentoring students, leading research initiatives, and participating in academic committees. The Associate Professor will also play a key role in curriculum development, conducting assessments, and fostering an engaging learning environment. Additionally, collaborating on departmental research projects and staying updated with emerging trends in computer science is essential.

Qualifications

• Expertise in core Computer Science concepts and subjects
• Proficiency in Data Science and Cybersecurity domains
• Advanced skills in Programming languages and concepts
• Experience in Curriculum Development and academic planning
• Proven ability to conduct and lead academic research
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills for mentoring students
• A Ph.D. in Computer Science or related field is preferred
• Previous teaching experience at the university level is highly beneficial
